Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to all products purchased on a recurring basis through our automated restock service (“Smart Supply”).

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. How Smart Supply Works

Smart Supply allows you to order selected products on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring basis.

Once your subscription is active, orders will be processed automatically based on the delivery frequency you select. You may change, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

2. Failed Payments

If a scheduled subscription payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process the payment up to three (3) times, once per day.

  • If all three attempts fail, the order will be skipped.

  • You will receive an email notification requesting that you update your payment details.

Your next scheduled order will resume once your payment method is successfully updated.

3. Out-of-Stock Products

If an item in your subscription is temporarily out of stock:

  • We will attempt to fulfil your order up to five (5) times, once per day.

  • If the product is still unavailable after five attempts, the order will be skipped.

  • You will be notified by email and your next scheduled delivery will proceed as normal.

4. Changes to Your Subscription

To ensure accurate processing and timely fulfilment:

  • All changes (including skips, cancellations, frequency adjustments, or quantity updates) must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled dispatch date.

Changes made after this window may not apply to the upcoming order.

5. Canceling, Skipping, or Updating

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account:

  • Cancel

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update quantities or payment details

There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees.
